In Zagora, southern Morocco, there is an astonishing garden at Auberge Restaurant Chez Ali, and the Caravane Mille Etoile agency provided a wonderful trip to the desert in January 2007. In Chiba prefecture, Japan, we have happy memories of the ryokan Taka-tsuru-san-so (高鶴山荘) (see map).
